SAN JOSE, CA-Cresa LLC, the nation's largest tenant representation firm, is celebrating its 20th anniversary while Cresa's San Jose office is marking 30 years of service to Silicon Valley/Bay Area companies.

Cresa's predecessor, Cooper/Brady, was co-founded in 1983 by Cresa LLC co-founder and managing principal John Brady. In 1993, Cooper/Brady, through a national merger of four “best-in-class” corporate real estate firms, formed Cresa Partners, which evolved in 2012 into Cresa LLC. The main niche of Cresa since its inception has been to represent only tenants, not landlords, thereby avoiding conflicts of interest.

Currently, Cresa's San Jose office is among the top revenue producers within the company. Cresa provides integrated corporate real estate services, including project management and strategic planning, to tenants in Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, and beyond.
