KBS Inks Five Leases at SouthTech

AUSTIN, TX-Five leases are signed at the class-A, 260,112-square-foot office/flex property known as SouthTech Business Center here.

AUSTIN, TX-KBS Realty Advisors, Newport Beach, CA, has signed deals for five separate leases totaling 40,265 square-feet at its SouthTech Business Center in Austin.

The business center leases consist of renewals for 15,723 square-feet with Biocell, L.P.; 7,450 square-feet with Earthcore Industries, LLC; 7,170 square-feet by Barton Springs Brewery, LLC; and 6,195 square-feet by Compudata Products, Inc. Additionally, Barton Springs Soda Co., LLC, signed a new lease at the property for 3,727 square-feet.
