ST. LOUIS—Reston, VA-based Serco Inc. has just signed a five-year lease for 90,000-square-feet of office space in the former US Fidelis building. The lease negotiations had to go fast. Serco delivers records management and processing support services for several US government agencies. And in July, the company was awarded a new contract by the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to support the newly created health benefit exchanges.

Serco toured the office space August 1, and a lease was negotiated and finalized by August 23,” says Keith Schneider, senior vice president and principal in Cassidy Turley’s St. Louis office, who represented the building owner. Serco was represented by Matt Aljets, a senior associate of Jones Lang LaSalle.
