SAN ANTONIO—Developer, general contractor and property manager NRP Group has is working on substantial upgrades to the University of Texas at San Antonio. LUXX has something for everyone, whether a student is an outdoor enthusiast, a creative spirit, an athlete, a social butterfly or a serious scholar you name it.”
In addition to the features above, LUXX will offer student residents tanning rooms; a state-of-the-art fitness center with flex studio space for spin, yoga and Fitness On Demand video workouts; 24/7 access to the cyber lounge featuring a mix of PC and Mac workstations and printers; a café and lounge; arcade game station; indoor and outdoor study nooks and a conference room with multimedia presentation capabilities.
