South Tampa, specifically the neighborhoods of SoHo, Hyde Park, Bayshore, Davis Island, and Palma Ceia, is Tampa's main hub and is central to the rest of the city and outlaying areas. All the main highways are in arms length, giving easy access to Downtown Tampa, the MacDill Airforce base and the Tampa International Airport. The area itself hosts hoards of restaurants, shops and the longest continuous sidewalk in the world - Bayshore Boulevard. In addition, South Tampa is in close proximity to the Yankees training grounds and the Raymond James Stadium, which is home to both the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the NCAA's South Florida Bulls football teams. South Tampa is also known for an excellent educational system - the best in the surrounding areas and one of the best in the state of Florida.
From a net lease investment perspective the area is a vibrant and growing land of opportunity.
