NEU-ISENBURG, GERMANY-Capera Immobilien Service GmbH has appoints Jörg Heberlein, 42, as managing director.
Working with Walter Leitner he will lead the German property management firm.
"We are proud to announce that only three months after the initiation of CAPERA we were able to secure a mandate for a distressed real estate portfolio with 85,000 square metres of rental space", said Leitner, managing director at Capera. With this mandate Capera's properties under management amount to 15,000 residential and commercial units.
“With Jörg Heberlein we are now ideally positioned to generate further growth, Leitner added. "Jörg has over 15 years of real estate experience and shows an impressive track record."
Before joining Capera, Heberlein was managing director at Alt+kelber Immobilienverwaltung, where he directed a real estate service provider with over 350 employees, active in the areas of sales as well as the property management of 45,000 commercial-and residential units. Prior to that, he held various positions at family offices, responsible for the property management.
In addition to Heberlein, three more positions were recently filled in order to further strengthen the senior management: Martin Henke, Doreen Geiler and Tim Erdmann are acting as authorized representatives for CAPERA since the beginning of September.
“With these appointments we extented our expertise in the areas of sales, accounting, quality management and controlling,” says Heberlein.
