CHICAGO—The Opus Group recently completed the Avant at the Arboretum and company officials say tenants have begun moving into the four-story, 310-unit luxury building in suburban Lisle. In order to comply with local building codes, the building has a structural system with a combination of materials not commonly used together including precast concrete, wood trusses and metal studs.

We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to partner with the village of Lisle to bring this project to fruition,” says Jim Caesar, vice president of Opus Design Build, L.L.C. “The building features a great location and high-end amenities that will attract a variety of residents.”

The building also features in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, private balconies, granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, USB charging stations, deep kitchen sinks and 42-inch cabinets.

Located in the midst of the many corporate headquarters in the Lisle and Naperville area, Avant residents will have convenient access to work and the downtown. The development offers nine distinct living configurations and 310 indoor parking stalls, an outdoor heated swimming pool, patio area, communal gas grills, outdoor fire pit, fitness center, business center, conference center and a multipurpose screening room, among other amenities.

Lincoln Property Companies manages the complex. Opus Development Company, L.L.C. was the developer, Opus Design Build, L.L.C. the contractor and BSB Design, Inc. the project architect.
