TCN Worldwide's newest member firm, OfficeAsia, significantly strengthens the group's presence throughout Asia, broadening the TCN's global reach while complementing its existing presence in Beijing with APS-TCN Commercial Management Ltd.
OfficeAsia is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry in Hong Kong. Its services include tenant representation, transactional management, corporate strategic advice and acquisition/divestment. The firm, consisting of six brokers/agents, specializes in commercial leasing, rent reviews, renewals as well as investment sales.
