OAKLAND, CA-Colliers International in Association with Hilco Real Estate, LLC represented Hostess Brands, Inc. in the sale of twenty properties totaling approximately 429,321 square feet located in Northern and Southern California. The properties are part of a bankruptcy asset sale which included 140 properties, machinery and equipment, and thousands of trucks.

Local properties included in the sale are the Colombo Bread Plant in Oakland and the Wonder Bread Depot in San Leandro and San Jose. The real estate consisting of bakeries, depots, distribution buildings, and retail outlet locations spread across 34 states were sold to Hackman Capital Partners, LLC based out of Los Angeles.

The Colliers International team included Kevin Hatcher, Justin Smutko, Solomon Ets-Hokin, and Mark Maguire with the Oakland office and Ryan Rosendin and Mike Rosendin with the Silicon Valley office. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
