FORT WORTH, TX-Atlas Resource Partners, L.P., an oil and gas exploration and production company, has completed a lease for more than 24,000 square feet of space in The Westbrook, one of Sundance Square's newest buildings opening in November.

Atlas will move into the entire third and fourth floors of the building with 13,874 square feet on the third floor and 10,777 square feet on the fourth floor. The Westbrook is located on the west side of the new plaza at 425 Houston Street.

“This represents the first of several announcements regarding commercial space in The Westbrook,” said Johnny Campbell, CEO and president of Sundance Square. “We have space remaining on the second, fifth, and six floors, but we anticipate that space will be committed in the very near future. The buildings are attracting a lot of attention because of the high visibility of the new plaza.”
