COPPELL, TX-Anna's Linens, a retailer of home textile and décor products, has signed a lease for 263,625 square feet at the Point West VI building. The tenant will use the space, owned by Duke Realty Corp., as a regional distribution center.
The 1.07-million-square-foot building at 400 Dividend Rd. was selected based on location. The property is near the intersection of Interstate 635 and Belt Line Road, and is close to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
“The Dallas market is a key hub for Anna's Linens, and we look forward to partnering with Duke Realty on our latest distribution center. We are committed to leveraging the strategic position of Point West VI to service approximately 100 retail locations through the south,” says Scott Gladstone, president of Anna's Linens. Anna's Linens' lease brings Point West VI to 100% occupancy.
