KAUAI, HAWAII-A 21-acre beachfront development site referred to as Coconut Beach Resort, was recently placed on the market by Collier's International Hawaii.
According to the firm, the full entitled land is located near the community of Waipouli between the Courtyard by Marriott Kauai at Coconut Beach Hotel and Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy.
The seller, Coconut Beach Development LLC, has preliminary plans approved that will allow for 343 one, two and three-bedroom condominium/timeshare units along with the six hotel units. Colliers says it includes 1,450 linear feet of Pacific beachfront.
