WEST VALLEY CITY, UT-The Salt Lake City office of CBRE has inked that three leases totaling 160,985 square feet at Legacy at Lake Park. Scott Wilmarth and Nadia Letey of CBRE represented the landlord—Talcott, Corp.—in each of these transactions. Legacy at Lake Park consists of two office buildings totaling 199,172 square feet. The project is now 95% occupied; there is only 10,708 square feet remaining to be leased. “Legacy at Lake Park offers many on-site conveniences ranging from food services, to showers and bike lockers”, stated Wilmarth, senior vice president. “The site provides the amenities that today's work force expects.”

EVault, a full-service backup and recovery company, renewed its lease of 35,232 square feet. Stoneriver, a leading insurance technology company, also renewed its lease, totaling 26,592 square feet. The largest lease, consisting of 99,159 square feet, was a new lease for an undisclosed company which was represented by Marty Plunkett, Melissa McIntyre and Dave Heninger of CBRE.

“Legacy at Lake Park provides a serene setting near amenities, a golf course and housing,” stated Eric Smith, first vice president with CBRE. “It is a very appealing property to tenants in the market.” Smith represented Stoneriver with its lease renewal.
