HOUSTON-Radler Enterprises Inc., owner and developer of the 46-acre Beltway Lakes in northwest Houston, has launched construction on phases three and four in the business park. The two speculative office buildings going north will each consist of nine stories and will total 540,000 square feet.
The buildings will be located next to the first two phases at 5825-5875 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. They'll be pre-certified at the Gold Level under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core and Shell Green Building Rating System. Gensler is the architect of record.
Radler Enterprises began developing Beltway Lakes in late 2007, and currently has more than 325,000 square feet of existing LEED Gold certified office space leased to Houston's leading tenants including FMC Technologies, GSA, Trican Well Services and GE Oil & Gas.
Representatives from Radler were not immediately available for comment.
