Radler Starts on Beltway Lakes' Next Phases

HOUSTON-The developer of the master-planned, 46-acre office park has launched construction on buildings three and four, which will total 540,000 square feet.

HOUSTON-Radler Enterprises Inc., owner and developer of the 46-acre Beltway Lakes in northwest Houston, has launched construction on phases three and four in the business park. The two speculative office buildings going north will each consist of nine stories and will total 540,000 square feet.

The buildings will be located next to the first two phases at 5825-5875 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. They’ll be pre-certified at the Gold Level under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core and Shell Green Building Rating System. Gensler is the architect of record.
