CULVER CITY, CA-Tomorrow, October 15, Greystar Real Estate Partners will hold the ground breaking ceremony to begin construction on Access Culver City, a luxury mixed-use community. The property will feature 115-units and 31,240 square-feet of commercial space for restaurant and retail leasing along Washington Boulevard and National Boulevard.
“Access Culver City provides a unique opportunity to experience true mixed-use and transit-oriented living,” says Perry Pound, managing director of development for Greystar. “Our retail is being designed to create a boutique sense of place, both for our residents and for the larger community,”
The building will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses with luxury amenities, like 9- to 11-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, private balconies, plank wood flooring and refined finishes. Mixed-use features on the property include courtyards, swimming pools, bike storage and a fitness center. The Exposition Light Rail transit station is located directly across the street. Experts at the recent USC Casden Multifamily forecast noted proximity to public transportation as an important feature to the “new” renter.
”We are thrilled to be part of the ongoing Culver City renaissance” says Pound. “The city has done a fantastic job in creating the Washington and National Transit-Oriented District.”
Mixed-use multifamily complexes continue to break ground throughout the city. This week, GlobeSt.com reported that New Home Co. and Tricon Capital Group Inc. acquired the Calabasas Inn with plans to replace it with an 72-unit mixed use complex, the first of its kind in Calabasas.
