On October 24, Eisendrath will lend his experience and industry knowledge as moderator of the agency lending panel at the 2013 RealShare Apartment conference.

Speakers on the agency lending panel include Greg Reed, originations EVP of Beech Street Capital; Jeff Burns, senior VP of Walker & Dunlop; Jeff Weidell, president of Northmarq; Laurie Morfin, director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company; and Tom Booher, EVP of PNC Real Estate. The panel will discuss current market trends and forecast upcoming market activity, including interest in B-class product and affordable product, which is among the most notable trends, according to Eisendrath.
