PHONEIX- Tiffany & Bosco LLC, a local law firm, has signed a lease to occupy nearly two full floors at Camelback Esplanade II. The firm struck a deal with Esplanade owner Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. for the 41,770-square-foot, 10-year deal.

Camelback Esplanade II is at 2525 E. Camelback Rd., and serves as the law firm's headquarters. According to Dan Rodie with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., Tiffany & Bosco is expanding its space by approximately 30%. Rodie, Sam Murik and Blaine Black of Cushman & Wakefield represented Tiffany & Bosco in the lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield's Jerry Jacobs, Larry Downey, Michael Crystal and Reid Tussing serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property and represented MetLife separately in the transaction. The law firm will begin expanding in early 2014. Tiffany & Bosco, which has been in operation since 1967, operates from four different offices in Arizona, California and Nevada.

  • The 10,000-square-foot Sunrise Plaza at 18446 SH 105 changed hands. Richard A. Mireles and Mike Buckner with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the private investor seller and secured the buyer, a partnership.

Desoto

  • ALDI Food Market acquired 2.9 acres at the southwest corner of Hampton and Pleasant Run Roads from Hampton-Run LLC, and will be used for the construction of a new store. W. Thurston Witt with UCR Dallas represented the seller and Stan Lotridge of UCR Dallas represented ALDI.

Houston

  • Tollway Interest LC sold two single-tenant office/flex buildings totaling approximately 48,021 square feet. David L. Carter and Jay Kyle of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction of the buildings at 6217-6221 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N.

Mesquite

  • Proterra Properties Inc. acquired a 31,650-square-foot industrial building on 5.7 acres at 2615 Big Town Blvd. Dave Anderson with CBRE represented Proterra Properties and the seller. Cummins Southern Plains LLC currently occupies the property, but will relocated to a new space in 2014.

San Antonio

  • Houston Street Townhomes Lllp acquired 266,160 square feet at 4611 East Houston St. Michael Wardlaw, Charles Cirar and Ryan Epstein with CBRE brokered the transaction.

Wylie

  • LMB Partnership LLC sold two acres at Farm-to-Market 544 and Westgate Way to Cross Development Wylie LLC. The buyer will use the land to develop a Caliber Collision Auto Body repair shop. Tom Grunnah and Kyle Ward with Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the seller.

  • The Walton Group of Cos. headquartered in Canada, Ed Hadley as president of the Southwest Region for Walton Development and Management, Inc. Hadley's responsibilities include overseeing entitlement and development activities in Arizona and California for new and existing residential, commercial and industrial projects. He also collaborates with regional agencies, government representatives, landowners and other stakeholders, and manages the land-acquisition and disposition process. Hadley, a Tucson native, joins Walton from William Lyons Homes, where he was vice president of land acquisition for the Arizona Division. Hadley received a bachelor's degree in management from Northern Arizona University and attended the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, The ASU Real Estate Council, Desert Valleys Builder Association, and a board member of Pinal Partnership and TREO.   • Trademark Property hired Daniel Goldware as vice president of leasing. Goldware will initially be working on Waterside, Trademark's new 63-acre master planned mixed-use development being built in Fort Worth, as well as Victory Park in downtown Dallas. He joins Trademark from Weingarten Realty Investors where he served as a leasing executive in both Dallas and Houston for the past seven years. Goldware is a graduate of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Houston

  • Colliers International is pleased to announce the addition of Barrett Gibson as principal and Jason English as senior associate to the company's industrial division. The duo specializes in industrial tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, design/construct and build-to-suit evaluations, and investment transactions. Prior to joining Colliers, Gibson became managing principal at Cresa Houston in late 2011 when his firm, Houston-based Gibson & Granello Realty Partners LLC, merged with the local Cresa office. Mr. Gibson attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. English was most recently senior advisor at Cresa Houston, where he specialized in industrial tenant representation.
