NEW YORK CITY–Cushman & Wakefield has launched Professional Real Estate Program, a development program for aspiring commercial real estate professionals, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

Spearheaded by Ron Lo Russo, president, New York tri-state region, PREP is a 12-month submersion in rotational coursework that includes developmental and client-facing projects, industry workshops and social networking events. The program features a flexible, student-centric curriculum, with intimate class size, peer advisors and structured mentorship in learning all aspects of a world-class commercial real estate services firm. This includes classroom-based lectures in offices throughout the tri-state area in research, valuation and advisory; brokerage/leasing; corporate occupier and investor services; and capital markets.

Cushman & Wakefield's PREP program is designed specifically for graduates of top universities with a strong academic background and interest in commercial real estate.

We're very excited to kick-off the first year of this program with six individuals that distinguished themselves both academically in their respective colleges and universities and during the interview process,” says Lo Russo. “This program will be very intensive and expose these future leaders to our global services with the unique opportunity to work next to the most talented commercial real estate professionals in the industry.”

The six participants chosen for the program's inaugural class of 2014 are Connor Daugstrup, Samuel Hoffman, Sherzod Ibragimov, Yasmin Kheradpey, Gregory Kuhlman and Lawrence Margolis. For more information, go to Cushman & Wakefield's career page.
