Millennium Hires Chet Evans as VP

CHICAGO—The Chicago-based firm aims to expand their property management and brokerage serves.

CHICAGO—Millennium Properties R/E has just hired Chet Evans as its new vice president. The firm says Evans will use his 10 years of commercial real estate experience to expand Millennium’s property management and brokerage services.

Previously, Evans worked as a commercial portfolio manager for Equity Residential and as a leasing broker for M&J Wilkow. Since 2004, he has completed more than 50 lease transactions and conducted underwriting and due diligence for the acquisitions of more than 40 commercial properties nationwide. Evans has also acted as an investment principal, purchasing and managing a portfolio of multi-family, office, and retail properties.
