MIAMI—CBRE is working to give women in commercial real estate more support. The company just announced that Lacey Willard, Suzanne Washburn, and Deborah Fink to serve as field delegates for the CBRE Women's Network, a company-wide initiative to promote diversity in CBRE through mentoring, professional development, networking, and personal enrichment programs.

As field delegates, this trio of commercial real estate professionals will bring the vision of the Women's Network to Florida through quarterly on-site programs. The women will also partner with Florida's leadership to support efforts to recruit and retain the best female talent in our market.
