TAMPA-HCA West Florida's purchase of three Tampa Bay area hospitals earlier this month came with a price tag of at least $63 million, according to public records filed in Hillsborough County.
The Tampa Bay-based health care provider acquired the three hospital properties from Iasis Healthcare LLC, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Memorial Hospital of Tampa sold for $32.1 million, while Town & Country Hospital sold for approximately $16.2 million. The Palms of Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg sold for $14.8 million, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. See story in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
