FOSTER CITY, CA-Recently, Sares Regis Group of Northern California joined together to celebrate its 20th Anniversary at Triton Park in front of The Plaza Apartments in Foster City, a project developed by SRGNC for Northwestern Mutual Life. More than 220 guests attended from some of the Bay Area's most prestigious real estate industry professionals, including Kilroy Realty Corp., Devcon Construction, Google, and Colliers International. Managing directors Mark Kroll and Rob Wagner spoke to their own employees, as well as clients, partners, and representatives from the City of Foster City.
Also in attendance were Cathy Allor and Richard Dooley, regional director and director of asset management of Northwestern Mutual Life; Joe Litten and Sandy Rodriguez, vice president and senior associate of CBRE; and John Igoe and Jeff Curry, director of Campus Development and senior facilities development project manager of Google.

Kroll and Wagner founded Regis Homes, a combination of Wagner Kroll Properties and the Sammis Co. in 1992 after they had worked together at Prometheus Development Co. Regis Homes merged with the SARES Co. in 1993 to form Sares Regis Group of Northern California. Sares Regis Group of Northern California and its affiliates, Regis Homes of Northern California and Regis Contractors of Northern California are regional companies and are affiliated with Irvine-based Sares Regis Group.

SRGNC focuses its development efforts in both the San Francisco Bay Area and metropolitan Sacramento commercial and residential real estate markets based in San Mateo, CA with a second office in Sacramento. The firm acquires upgrades and/or develops properties for its own investment portfolio and investor clients, including raw land, corporate campuses, office buildings, municipal facilities, apartments and residential communities.
