LITTLE FALLS, NJ-Colliers International has picked up the assignment for Overlook at Great Notch, a 425,000-square-foot office building located at 150 Clove Road.
The building has recently been refinanced and a multi-million-dollar renovation plan is in the works, according to Collers' New Jersey executve Robert Martie. Plans call for modernizing the lobby and common areas and adding a conference room and fitness center.
The 12-story property — set on a hill at the juncture of Route 46 and Route 3, close by the Garden State Parkway and I-80 — offers tenants panoramic views of Manhattan and New Jersey.
"This property is one of the most attractive in the northern New Jersey market,” said Martie.
Up to 200,000 square feet of contiguous space is available, which constitutes the largest block currently available on the Route 3 corridor, he said..
Overlook at Great Notch has covered parking, a full-service cafeteria, Wi-Fi access, 24-hour gated security, onsite ownership and management, and is within walking distance of the NJ Transit Montclair State University train station.
