HOUSTON-Ryan Dearborn, CEO and director of Wood Partners, operates out of the company's Houston office. Dearborn, who has been with Wood Partners since its founding in the late 1990s, was promoted to CEO of Wood Partners in 2010. after having served as president of the organization's western division. While in that position, Dearborn managed multifamily development operations in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon and Washington.

During his tenure with Wood Partners, Dearborn has been a principal player in the financing and development of more than 15,000 multifamily units nationwide. He came to Wood when it launched in 1998 as CFO, then as a director in development.

Prior to joining Wood Partners, Dearborn was a development partner with Trammell Crow Residential. During his tenure with TCR, Dearborn helped finance, develop, construct and manage over 2,500 multifamily and hotel units in Atlanta. Dearborn currently serves on the Urban Land Institute's Multifamily Council and on the University of Maryland Board of Trustees.
