TEMECULA, CA-Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group and Coldwell Banker Commercial Lazar and Assoc. have merged. The two companies intend to expand territories to San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Sudweeks will serve as the CEO of the new organization and Lazar will serve as a SVP for the Redlands location. The real estate office located at 1901 Orange Tree Ln., Suite 250 in Redlands will continue to operate and provide a full range of commercial real estate services under the CBC Sudweeks Group title.
