SAN ANTONIO- An affiliate of USAA Real Estate Co. joined forces with a Cencor Realty Services' joint venture to acquire a stake in Culebra Market, a 232,126-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center. Cencor, a development arm of the Weitzman Group, developed and leases the property and will continue to operate it under the new joint venture arrangement.

Culebra Market is at 10670 Culebra Rd., at the corner of Culebra Road and Loop 1604. The property, completed in phases from 2001 to 2008, is 100% leased. Anchors include a a recently renovated, 81,027-square-foot H-E-B supermarket and 55,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby store. Additional tenants include Chase Bank, Whataburger, Chili's, Office Depot, Party City and IHOP.
