CHICAGO-Kraft Foods Group Inc. is in discussions with Zeller Realty Group to lease the top two floors of the office tower building at 401 N. Michigan Ave. here.
The company is expected to decide in the next several days whether to pull the trigger on a 30,000-square-foot lease at the 35-story tower building, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
A Kraft spokesman tells the newspaper, “We have been considering leasing a meeting space in downtown Chicago.” However, he would not provide details on locations the company might be considering.
“We meet frequently with agencies and business partners in the city, and a downtown space could provide a convenient meeting location,” the spokesman states. “It could also serve as an occasional workspace for colleagues when they have other meetings in the city.” See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
