LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ-Sirius XM Radio renewed its 27,500-square-foot lease at the Princeton Pike Corporate Center here, where it has had an operations center since 2008.

Prism Capital Partners owns the building at 989 Lenox Drive as part of a joint venture partnership that acquired the eight-building, 800,000-square-foot office park.

Bob Morford from Morford & Dodds Realty Company represented the firm in its long-term renewal.

Prism and partners acquired Princeton Pike Corporate Center earlier this year. Built on 100 acres between 1984 and the early 1990s, the complex features buildings with central atriums, cafés and fitness centers. Approvals are in place for further development as well.

The complex sits at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and I-195, a few minutes from downtown Princeton.

“Princeton Pike Corporate Center's quality and location have attracted an impressive mix of companies, with Sirius XM among the many household names located there,” said Edwin Cohen of Prism.

The owners recently launched a capital improvement program that includes modernizing the elevators, common area and restrooms, roof replacement and parking lot repairs.

Princeton Pike Corporate Center is 90 percent leased to tenants including: Wells Fargo Advisors, Stark & Stark, Princeton Healthcare Services, Fox Rothschild LLP, MetLife Solutions Group, Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Ono Pharma USA, Inc.
