IRVINE, CA-Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has expanded its capital markets
brokerage operations on the West Coast and has hired Mark Grace as vice
president to enhance regional production in Southern California. He
will focus on financing all types of income-producing properties, including
office, apartments, hotels, industrial and retail on the West Coast.
Grace joins Walker & Dunlop from NorthMarq Capital, Inc., where he was
responsible for originating permanent loan transactions for commercial
properties located nationwide. Previously, Grace worked in the brokerage
group at CB Richard Ellis, where he managed systems relating directly to
private investments for retail, office and industrial properties.
