Aventura Land Sold for Medical Office Building Development

MIAMI—South Florida continues to attract healthcare real estate developers. Future Properties just snapped up land in Aventura with plans to build a medical office building.

“The parcel’s prime location two blocks north of Aventura Hospital and Medical Center generated a lot of interest,” says Colliers International South Florida executive vice president John K. Crotty, who represented the undisclosed seller. “The Aventura submarket is tight and the area’s demographics favor new development.”
