ADDISON, TX-TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers has awarded the leasing and management assignment for two Dallas-area office buildings to Cassidy Turley. Cassidy Turley's local office is now responsible for the 272,482-square-foot Greenhill Office Park and the 236,604-square-foot Park Center Tower in Plano, TX.
“Cassidy Turley is pleased to have been selected by TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers to lead leasing and managing services for Park Center and Greenhill Office Park, amplifying and expanding our valued relationships with both firms,” says Bret Bunnett, regional managing principal of Cassidy Turley's Texas division.
The five-story Park Center Tower at 2400 N. Dallas Pkwy. will be managed by Cassidy Turley's Lisa Spampinato, Angela Hatcher and Joe Garcia. Trey Smith and Lauren Napper of Cassidy Turley will handle leasing. Park Center is just north of the President George Bush Turnpike.
Cassidy Turley's Michelle Rochester, Allison Stapleton and Darwyn Flynn will manage the multi-building Greenhill Office Park, located at 14131 Midway Rd., north of Interstate 635. Clint Madison and Layne Mayfield will lead leasing efforts.
