Cassidy Turley Tapped for Two Office buildings

ADDISON, TX-The local office will oversee leasing and management activities for the 272,000-square-foot Greenhill Office Park and the 237,000-square-foot Park Center tower in Plano, TX.

ADDISON, TX-TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers has awarded the leasing and management assignment for two Dallas-area office buildings to Cassidy Turley. Cassidy Turley’s local office is now responsible for the 272,482-square-foot Greenhill Office Park and the 236,604-square-foot Park Center Tower in Plano, TX.

“Cassidy Turley is pleased to have been selected by TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers to lead leasing and managing services for Park Center and Greenhill Office Park, amplifying and expanding our valued relationships with both firms,” says Bret Bunnett, regional managing principal of Cassidy Turley’s Texas division.
