CCIM Chooses New Leadership

CHICAGO—The trade association held its annual meeting in Denver last week and chose a new president and conferred the CCIM designation on 221 professionals.

CHICAGO—The CCIM Institute chose a new leadership team during their conference last week in Denver. The Chicago-based trade association, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

Karl Landreneau will serve as the association’s president in 2014. The long-time member of the CCIM instructor faculty is also the director of commercial sales and leasing for the New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Alexandria, and Lafayette, LA, offices of NAI Latter & Blum. Landreneau has served on various CCIM committees, the Board of Directors and graduated from the institute’s Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy.
