Geoff Kasselman, president of Op2mize, is no stranger to sustainability and at the SIOR Fall World Conference, he sat down to discuss, among other topics, some of the things driving the industrial sector towards upgrading and adding sustainable facilities.
He also anticipated green trends into the new year, looking back at industry shifts and moves in 2013 that are leading more tenants and owners to adopt sustainable features.
