Allen Gump, the incoming SIOR Vice President, believes in investing for the future. And a big part of that is encouraging the organization's young professionals; he expanded upon some of the programs that the association can offer to those new to the industry and SIOR itself. For instance, he described more about what the candidate program means and how it can help younger brokers.
He highlighted SIOR's “youthful” mindset and explained a bit more about his role with the association and how it will expand in the coming year.
