Twin Condo Towers Win Approval on Private Aventura Island

MIAMI—Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen, are forging ahead with new condos on South Florida's last buildable private island.

MIAMI—Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen, are forging ahead with new condos on South Florida’s last buildable private island. The City of Aventura has issued a Preliminary Site Plan Approval for Privé.

“This is a major achievement for us towards bringing the project to fruition and we are grateful to the City of Aventura and its officials for their support of our efforts,” says Cohen. “We are now looking forward to the next step, which is the completion of our official sales center, scheduled to open on the island in November 2013.”
