Adams Named Forum's 45 Under 40

PHOENIX-Chad Adams, 35, is vice president, single-tenant retail acquisitions for Cole Real Estate Investments Inc. In his role Adams focuses on single-tenant retail acquisitions for the company, with a strategic focus on the northeast.

Since joining the firm three years ago, Adams has handled more than $1 billion worth of deals, netting him Cole’s 2012 “Single Tenant Retail Dealmaker of the Year” title. Though technology has moved the sector forward, Adams credits his success, in part, to old-school relationship-building.
