DALLAS-ML Realty Partners LLC says that David Sutherland Inc. has renewed its lease for the 187,013 square foot warehouse at 140 Regal Row in Dallas. John Amend of Amend RE Advisors represented David Sutherland Inc. in the transaction.

The transportation infrastructure available at the property, the stable workforce of the area, and close proximity to the Dallas Design District are all among the factors David Sutherland Inc. chose to remain at this location. 140 Regal Row is a 187,013 square foot industrial warehouse property in the Stemmons Corridor of Dallas.
