ML Realty Renews Lease for David Sutherland Inc.

DALLAS-Furniture specialist occupies 187,013 square feet warehouse at 140 Regal Row, Dallas.

DALLAS-ML Realty Partners LLC says that David Sutherland Inc. has renewed its lease for the 187,013 square foot warehouse at 140 Regal Row in Dallas. John Amend of Amend RE Advisors represented David Sutherland Inc. in the transaction.

“ML Realty Partners is pleased to extend our relationship with David Sutherland Inc. as they have been an excellent client for us,” stated Michael Luecht, president and CEO of ML Realty. “We are pleased that the property’s strong attributes are of benefit to the high-end furniture purveyor. We would also like to thank John Amend, who once again represented one of his clients in a quality way.”
