Construction Begins on AdvoCare Facility

RICHARDSON, TX-KDC is going north on a 260,000-square-foot office and warehouse complex for AdvoCare International; completion is slated for summer, 2014.

RICHARDSON, TX-KDC has commenced construction on a 260,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility for AdvoCare International, with completion scheduled for July 2014. The facility will have 235,000 square feet of single-story warehouse space, with 25,000 square feet dedicated to two-story office space.

KDC is developing and managing construction of the new AdvoCare office and warehouse project. AdvoCare owns the 35-acres of land and the future facility, which is located at 2800 Telecom Pkwy.
