PETALUMA, CA-A four-story, 54-room hotel is being planned for downtown Petaluma.
According to a local media report, an application has been made to the city for a proposed Petaluman Hotel, an $18 million project that developer Ross Jones hopes to have open for business by December 2015.
The hotel, which would be built on a currently vacant lot at Petaluma Boulevard South and B Street, at the site of a former gas station.
