HOUSTON-Paul Wittorf, 36, is senior vice president with Transwestern's Houston office. Since joining the company 12 years ago, he has represented clients in every major submarket in the region, with specific focus on the Galleria, Energy Corridor, CBD and The Woodlands.

Wittorf currently oversees the marketing and leasing of nine projects totaling more than 6.3 million square feet. He's a national leader in production volume for 2013, with more than one million square feet of leases and 33 transactions – progress that is expected to make him one of Transwestern's top producers nationally. During 2012, Wittorf completed 65 transactions totaling 746,675 square feet, with an aggregate value of $170.4 million.

He's seen a "massive flight to quality" in Houston-area office space, with companies expecting office spaces to help them recruit and retain talent. "I expect this trend will continue and develop nationally, ultimately challenging architect and developers to create inventive environment-enhancing solutions to users," he says.
