NAIOP Bus Tour Showcases Inland Empire's Lead in Industrial Property

On Thursday, November 7, NAIOP Inland Empire will host its signature half-day bus tour that will offer a private look at more than 60 leading industrial properties in the region ranging from 200,000 to well over 1 million square feet. The annual bus tour is the chapter's most anticipated gathering that allows more than 250 brokers, investors, businesses and government officials throughout Southern California to see first-hand why the Inland Empire is setting the national standard for industrial development. With approximately 16 million square feet of speculative properties under construction and low vacancy rates, the Inland market is experiencing more industrial construction activity than most areas of the county. This event is a unique opportunity to see these pending projects and directly ask questions to developers and brokers.

The event offers two tour itineraries: West End and East End. The West End tour will cover 32 projects within the Ontario, Fontana, Rialto and San Bernardino area. Projects on the tour include the Baseline Logistics Center, Etiwanda Commerce Center, Industry Avenue Distribution Center, Ontario Gateway and the Rialto Commerce Center. The East End tour will cover 32 projects within the Riverside, Moreno Valley and Redlands area. Projects on the tour include the 1-215 Logistics Center and the Knox Logistics Center. (Complimentary box lunches and beverages will be provided.)

Following the tour a reception from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. will allow attendees to enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverages while networking with project representatives and top industry leaders.
