NEW YORK CITY-In a renewal and expansion lease deal, Spanish-language media company Univision now occupies approximately 195,000 square feet of space at Fisher Brothers' 605 Third Ave. office building here.
The new deal involves the addition of 19,000 square feet of space on the 14th floor of the 43-story office building located between 39th and 40th street. The new term of the lease runs until 2028, according to The Real Deal.
Fisher Brothers also signed law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron to a renewal and expansion deal at the property that will see the firm lease more than 25,000 square feet of space through 2030.
“Great companies seek out great space, and we're pleased that Univision and Davidoff recognized the value of being in a world-class building that can serve their growing needs,” Ken Fisher, a partner at Fisher Brothers, stated. See story in The Real Deal.
