DENVER and LAS VEGAS-Wired Real Estate Group Inc. (WiredRE), the nation's leading cloud, co-location and data center advisor, has announced the sale of a 14-acre, 275,000 square foot Denver data center campus to a multi-site California data center operator.

The Denver data center campus is a longtime hub of wholesale and retail co-location business in the Denver Tech Center.
Users of data centers and co-location have been migrating in large numbers from urban centers in search of service and scale facilities, deploying significant capacity in regional aggregation hubs like Denver. The Denver data center campus is ideally positioned to serve this trend, boasting 15 years of uninterrupted operation, two fully-operational data centers, a 2N design, and 40 MW of utility supply in the heart of the Denver Tech Center community.
"There is ample room for nimble operators with read-to-occupy space to take market share in underserved markets like Denver," said Everett Thompson, CEO, WiredRE. "This project is a showcase of our low-risk data center investment process and just-in-time ("JIT") revenue program."
WiredRE is the nation's leading independent cloud, colocation, and data center advisor. The firm uses its proprietary research to advise enterprises on strategy, planning, brokerage and finance.
