EDISON, NJ-Bussel Realty Corp.'s Jeffrey Goldfinger has closed over 60,000 square feet in multiple retail and industrial leasing and sales transactions in central New Jersey over the last several months.

In Goldfinger's recent transactions, he represented:

  • the landlord and tenant, Innovative Tile, in the lease of 8,000 square feet of retail/warehouse space at 2436 Morris Avenue in Union.
  • the buyer and seller in the sale of 257 Route 202 in Flemington, a 19,000-square-foot retail strip center.
  • the landlord in an 8,000 square-foot short-term lease of flex space at 594 Jersey Ave. in New Brunswick.
  • the landlord and tenant in leasing 7,600 square feet of industrial space at 636 South Ave. in Garwood.
  • the landlord and tenant, a logistics firm, in leasing 6,500 square feet of industrial space at 847 Jerusalem Rd. in Scotch Plains.
