INDIANAPOLIS—As reported in GlobeSt.com over the past few months, the Indianapolis market for industrial property has gotten red hot. And now, Becknell Industrial, a commercial real estate developer, has just chosen Cassidy Turley to market North by Northwest Industrial Park's last undeveloped industrial site, which can host a build-to-suit building with up to 600,000-square-feet.

Cassidy Turley's Michael Weishaar and Todd Vannatta, both senior vice presidents, will handle the assignment. Both represented Becknell, which has offices in Indianapolis, Chicago and Dallas, in its acquisition of the 52 acres at 8461 Bearing Drive in Indianapolis. The parcel is zoned for light to medium manufacturing and warehouse/distribution.

“This property is the last vacant land site in the entire Park 100 area,” said Weishaar. “Cassidy Turley welcomes the opportunity to work with Becknell Industrial, an up and coming player in the Indianapolis industrial market.”

“We believe the site will be attractive to nearby businesses seeking a modern functional facility who also want to remain in the premier Park 100 area,” said Pete Anderson, Becknell's executive vice president of investments.

Located at the southeast corner of West 86th St. and Georgetown Rd., North by Northwest provides easy access to nearby Interstate 465 and Interstate 65 and numerous amenities. The site can accommodate buildings ranging in size from 50,000 to 600,000-square-feet with multiple points of entry. Plans call for state-of-the-art, modern cross-docked bulk distribution centers equipped with 32' clear height, 50-foot-by-50-foot bay spacing and onsite trailer storage.
