INDIANAPOLIS—As reported in GlobeSt.com over the past few months, the Indianapolis market for industrial property has gotten red hot. And now, Becknell Industrial, a commercial real estate developer, has just chosen Cassidy Turley to market North by Northwest Industrial Park’s last undeveloped industrial site, which can host a build-to-suit building with up to 600,000-square-feet.

Cassidy Turley’s Michael Weishaar and Todd Vannatta, both senior vice presidents, will handle the assignment. Both represented Becknell, which has offices in Indianapolis, Chicago and Dallas, in its acquisition of the 52 acres at 8461 Bearing Drive in Indianapolis. The parcel is zoned for light to medium manufacturing and warehouse/distribution.
