DTZ Taps Mintz for Management

CHICAGO—Mintz will now act as co-managing director as DTZ promotes from within.

CHICAGO—DTZ, a UGL Co., has promoted from within by naming a longtime employee, Executive Vice President Todd Mintz, as the new co-managing director in the Chicago office. Mintz will share leadership responsibilities with Executive Vice President Christopher Wood. DTZ’s Chicago brokerage operation includes 48 brokers plus administrative support staff.

Mintz, 47, has been with DTZ since 1990 and has helped build the local and national brokerage business. In addition to participating in the DTZ corporate leadership team, he has served as an account manager or single point of contact for a number of DTZ portfolio clients.
